From the reasons listed above, our legitimate interest in data processing is derived from Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR as the legal basis.
2.2. Cookies

3. Transfer of data to third parties, no data transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA

We contractually oblige processors to act in accordance with data protection regulations and must ensure that the rights of those affected are protected.

• this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b) GDPR,
• there is a legal obligation, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter c),
• the disclosure in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and you do not have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.
3.3. Data will not be passed on to a third country outside the EU/EEA.

4. Duration of storage of personal data
The storage period for personal data depends on the respective legal retention periods (e.g. professional, commercial and tax regulations). After the relevant deadlines, the data becomes routine
deleted if they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage.

5. Rights of those affected
You have the right,
• To request information about your personal data processed by us, Art. 15 GDPR.
These include, for example, processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was/will be disclosed, planned storage period or criteria for determining the storage period, the origin of your data, if it was not collected by us;
• thief to request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us, Art. 16 GDPR;
• to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, Art. 17 GDPR.
However, this right does not apply in particular if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
• to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and the data is no longer required by us but you use it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims require, Art. 18 GDPR, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
• on data portability, Art. 20 GDPR. Accordingly, you can request to receive the personal data you have provided in a common and machine-readable format or to transmit it to another person responsible.

6. Revocability of consent
Any consent given to data processing can be revoked at any time in the future, Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR. Data processing remains lawful until the time of revocation. The revocation can be exercised by email to info@foto-friedel.com. Alternatively, you can send your revocation by post to the address given above.

7. Right to object
If the processing of personal data is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are reasons for this
exist that arise from your particular situation, Art. 21 GDPR. If the objection is directed against direct advertising, you have a general right to object, which we must implement without specifying a special situation.

10. Data Security
Our website uses the so-called “SSL process” (Secure Socket Layer) in the highest supported encryption level (usually 256 bit encryption). If the browser you are using does not support this 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 encryption. You can recognize the encrypted transmission of our website by the symbols in the lower status bar of your browser (representation of a
key or lock symbol). We also use appropriate organizational and technical measures
